Why play this game: Solomon’s Key (Solomon no Kagi, J.) for the NES is often regarded as one of the most difficult title for the system. “Absolutely Brilliant” raves Phil South. Although it initially held cult status due to it’s game type falling outside of the popular genres it has lasted as a true classic. Unique gameplay, puzzling, mystery, and an ancient masonic theme with numerous hidden items make this game a rewarding classic.
Solomon’s Key can be played on emulators such as NNNesterJ, and has been preserved in the Wii Virtual Console. The V-Notes for Solomon’s Key include faq, maps, walkthrough, room tips, tricks, and shows the locations of all of the hidden items. This title can be completed in about 3 hours.
